“Last week was my first visit to a periodontist. It was easy to make an appointment and I received a reminder call and information on insurance issues. I was able to fill out needed information online which was much appreciated and saved me time. When I arrived I was greeted in a friendly manner and my paperwork was reviewed. The entire staff was friendly, personable and seemed very competent. Dr. Britten was thorough and answered all questions and made every effort to put me at ease. “Right after my 19th birthday I found out that I needed gum graft surgery to fix my receded gums, and I was quite nervous as I had never had any sort of medical procedure done, but I am extremely happy with my entire experience! “I have been a regular patient at Britten & Kobernick Periodontics and had my surgery done on Oct 6th, 2015. The whole treatment took less than the time expected and excellent surgery performed by Dr. Britten. The confidence I have in his practice over the years is highly professional and his staff is very supportive.”

“Dr. Britten and Staff took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood the procedures. His Staff and Julia also took the time to help work with my insurance and followed up appropriately making sure I received full benefit coverage. My operation was a huge success, Dr. Britten gave me an IV sedation and he was the first doctor that was able to insert the IV with absolutely no pain whatsoever! After the procedure I was in no pain at all, just some minor discomfort but nothing a little Tylenol couldn’t conquer. Dr. Britten also has a direct line for communicating after business hours should you have a medical question or concern after your surgery. I will definitely recommend anyone in need of Periodontics work to go here as they will not be disappointed! I will be having my second gum surgery right after this one properly heals. Thank you again Dr. Britten and Staff for being great at what you do!”

“My experience at Britten Periodontics was a great one from start to finish. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. The service I received was quick and as painless as possible – having wisdom teeth taken out and a bone graft are intimidating in their own right, but the staff made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Britten made a number of follow up calls to me to make sure that the medication prescribed was working properly and if it wasn’t, I was given alternative options. He also gave recommendations to me on how best to care for my mouth and ensure that my gums were healing well and the graft was taking hold. I have been back for follow up check-ups and cleanings. Each time I go, the staff is just as courteous as they have always been. I will recommend Dr. Britten to all my friends and colleagues.”

“Having had a lot of dental work over the years along with increased sensitivity, going to the dentist/perio tops my list for least favorite things to do. From getting a call from Dr. Britten before my first consultation, to meeting the all the extremely friendly staff, I knew that I was in great hands from the very start. I’ve since gotten two cleanings (which were the very best I have EVER had…I actually went out of my way to mentioned my experience to several friends and family members) and will have some tissue grafting done as soon as I find a new job. If you need a Periodontist, you need not look any further. Did I mention the garden view from the rooms? Not sure how they pulled off Zen at a dental office, but they did! :)”

“Dr. Britten recently did my gum replacement surgery. To say that I am the biggest baby when it comes to dental work is a huge understatement. I interviewed several Periodontists over a 2 year period. Dr. Britten and his staff were aware of my fears and couldn’t have taken better care of me to make sure I was more than comfortable and that my procedure was as painless as possible (which it was). Dr. Britten called and checked on my the evening of my surgery to make sure I was o.k. My follow-up appointment was painless and took 10 min. I can’t say enough about Dr. Britten and his staff and can’t wait to have the bottom gums done next!”
